Further, I authorize the staff and agents of Point of Presence Company to act on my behalf as parent/guardian of my child while participating in rehearsals or performances including the admittance to and release from a medical facility. I acknowledge that the costs of any medical treatment provided to the child named in this registration that are not covered by medical insurance will be my sole responsibility.

General Agreements:

Students must show respect for their teachers and peers. If behavior issues or negative attitudes become a problem parents will be contacted to help turn things around. Serious infractions or continued behavioral disruptions may result in dismissal from the program.

Prompt pick-up is expected. A five-minute grace period will be granted for those short, unexpected delays. After that, a fee of $1/minute will be incurred to compensate for childcare.

Late fees are incurred at $10.00 per week for tuition received past the session’s start date.

There will be a $20 fee for returned checks.

Pro-rated tuition will not be provided for missed classes, including snow days. If our school is forced to resume on-line learning, we will immediately switch to Zoom, and no refunds will be given because of a switch to a virtual format.
